Claro seeks to unify its digital platforms

The operator Claro is undergoing an investment process to unify its digital platforms, aiming to integrate telephone, Internet, and entertainment services in order to offer a comprehensive view to its customers.

Through the Minha Claro app, which currently has approximately 22 million active monthly users, the company is consolidating various services into a single digital environment (including Claro Música, Claro TV+, among others).
