Osiptel monitors the continuity of Telefónica's services

The Supervisory Agency for Private Investment in Telecommunications (Osiptel) stated that it is monitoring the quality and continuity of the services provided by Telefónica del Perú, as well as the company’s various obligations to its users.

According to current regulations, Osiptel is responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the provision of public telecommunications services to users.
