The Cuban state-owned company Etecsa installed 31 new towers in the province of Camagüey to improve 4G connectivity in 15 municipalities of the region. The 4G service operates on the 1,800 MHz and 2,100 MHz bands.
Etecsa will also install a tower with 3G antennas to provide connectivity for the first time to four additional municipalities.
