Arsat school connectivity tender: economic bids from 49 interested published

The record of the opening of economic bids for the "Contracting of Internet Links for School Connectivity" (Public Tender No. 08/2024) was published following the Prequalification Report of July 21. It details that Ecom Chaco’s bid amounted to US$ 9,614,437.50; Nubicom’s to US$ 426,555.20; Summit’s to US$ 889,800; the Coop. Popular de Electricidad, Obras y Servicios Públicos de Santa Rosa’s to US$ 50,102; and Intersat’s to US$ 630,069.20.

The breakdown continues with Grupo Equis SA, with a bid of US$ 66,440; Telecentro, US$ 60,875,793.16; Jujuy Digital Sapem, US$ 2,041,761; Cooperativa Telefónica, de Vivienda y Otros Servicios Públicos Telviso, US$ 86,180.10; Internet Winds, US$ 5,570,180; Telefónica Móviles de Argentina, US$ 22,205,682.93; Patagonia Green, US$ 336,238; San Juan Innova, US$ 541,200 (and as an alternative bid, US$ 607,200); Refsa, US$ 2,109,712.50; Abel Aníbal Kessler, US$ 673,750; Intercity Comunicaciones, US$ 121,500; Marandu Comunicaciones, US$ 2,804,465.40; Cable Televisor Color, US$ 1,454,575 (and the alternative bid of US$ 1,168,962.50); and Enerse Sapem, US$ 5,134,690 (and the alternative bid of US$ 4,415,833.40).

Also included in the list of bids are Trans (US$ 41,210,921.25), Conectorizar (US$ 3,357,700), Coop. Mariano Acosta (US$ 569,003.72), Redes y Comunicaciones Moreno (US$ 524,875), Megasat (US$ 441,810), SES Sistemas Electrónicos (US$ 4,185,555.75), Providers (US$ 893,128), and Energía de Entre Ríos (US$ 2,634,566.60 and the alternative bid of US$ 5,559,466).

In the case of Telecom, the bid amounts to US$ 17,844,894.24; Tecosat SA/IES Group SRL/IESPecol UTE, US$ 15,412,867; Telespazio, US$ 5,475,779.38; Arlink, US$ 5,769,475; IFX Networks Argentina, US$ 32,841,409.76; Coop. Entrerriana de Provisión de Servicios de Comunicaciones, US$ 330,907.92; and Comytel, US$ 2,718,530.
