Apple urges EU to repeal Digital Markets Act

Apple has called on the European Union to repeal its Digital Markets Act (DMA). The company claims that the regulation hinders the commercial activity of tech firms, offers fewer options to consumers, and creates an unfair competitive landscape.

Apple’s position came in response to a round of consultations by the European Commission with Big Tech companies, integrators, carriers, and other players in the telecommunications industry, as well as the general public.
