In a move aimed at boosting customer loyalty and generating new revenue, Liberty Puerto Rico has introduced a home and roadside assistance plan for its mobile customers, according to NIMB.
The offering includes separate and bundled coverage options and is available to Liberty’s postpaid mobile customers, with charges billed directly on the Liberty invoice.
Roadside assistance is priced at US$5.99 per month and includes services such as towing, flat tire changes, emergency fuel delivery, battery jump-starts, and locksmith assistance. Home assistance costs US$4.50 per month and covers services including plumbing, electrical work, glass repair, and locksmith support.
