América Móvil is in talks with Starlink to explore services and business verticals it could incorporate into its operations through direct-to-device (D2D) technology. Expansión reported the service could be operational in 2027.
Daniel Hajj, CEO of América Móvil, said: “We are talking with them (Starlink) because we are open to doing anything with the company that makes sense for us. I believe D2D will be a good technology and a service that complements ours.”
