ATDT: Digitalization generated US$200 million in savings

The coordinated effort between the Digital Transformation and Telecommunications Agency (Agencia de Transformación Digital y Telecomunicaciones, ATDT) and federal agencies resulted in the elimination of 1,582 procedures out of a total of 3,195, as well as a 66% reduction in requirements and nearly half the waiting times.

These results were achieved through the development of sovereign in-house solutions that replaced external providers, the ATDT reported, adding that the initiatives generated savings of nearly US$200 million.
