The multiyear agreement will cover Millicom Chile’s business and operations support systems, while also incorporating artificial intelligence capabilities.
The agreement includes the use of Amdocs’ full BSS and OSS systems stack, along with AI-based application management and operations services and software factory capabilities.
The modernization will affect a core part of the infrastructure supporting Telefónica Chile’s operations. Business Support Systems (BSS) manage processes such as billing, catalog management and customer relationships, while Operations Support Systems (OSS) enable network operations to be managed and monitored.
