Movilnet will develop Netcom Voice Fénix IVR solution

The mobile operator of Cantv will develop the new version of the "Fénix interactive voice" (IVR) solution of Netcom company, based on the communications open system of NMS Communications. Fénix IVR, with capacity for four million daily calls, will allow Movilnet to deal with high volumes of traffic. Movilnet has 37% o the Venezuelan market, representing 3.1 million mobile telephony customers.

Netcom Voice Technologies is a telephone information systems provider based on convergent technologies. Its main voice platform is the Fénix IVR application that offers multiple applications for the operators. NMS Communications provides solutions and technology for  mobiles and network infrastructure applications.
