Alejandro García Gamboa re-elect at CIRT`s head

The Asamblea General de la Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Radio y Televisión (CIRT) re-elects Alejandro García Gamboa as president. Tristán Canales, Javier Pérez de Anda, Eduardo Sánchez and Jaime Ramos will also stay within their posts in the new administrative board. García Gamboa, radio and TV director at the Grupo Servicios Informativos y Publicitarios del Sureste (Sipse), highlighted that the migration to digital radio is among their main objectives, to combat all illegal broadcasting stations and to approve concession titles in only one format.
