Alliance between Telmex and Nortel for IP telephony service

The company Telmex, under strategical alliance with Nortel, launched the Hosted IP-PBX Program to the market, managed most developed telephony service of its kind in Latin America. The under- manager of Business Market of Telmex, José Olivas Sausameda, said that the service is based on a centralized concept called Data Center Triada y Tecnoloía IP de convergencia Total (Triad Data Center and Total Convergence IP Technology). The main functionality is to compete with a traditional switch, either digital or analog, but with no inversion.
