Within the VI meeting of the Mixed Commission China-Venezuela, the government signed association agreements with ZTE Corporation to create a Venezuelan telecommunications company. Furthermore, the companies Telecom Venezuela and Huawei signed an agreement of a mixed company that will manufacture telecommunication equipments in the Venezuelan territory to be commercialized in other regions of Latin America. Technologies C.O. LTD and Alcatel Shanghai Bell, were the other two companies that participated in the agreements.
