Telmex will repay Prodigy users of Mexico City who were without the Internet service Prodigy Infinitum, between January 8 and 9, 2009, for a flaw in the system. The bonus will be only for those who reported the failure. Some users reported that they spent up to 18 hours without being able to connect to the Internet in delegations of Cuajimalpa and Miguel Hidalgo.
