Tecnomen Corporation reported that it has completed its merger with Lifetree. As a result, Tecnomen Lifetree Corporation will start using the brand Tecnotree in all its global operations. The new company will now offer a diverse portfolio of support services and BSS/OSS operations as well as value-added services (VAS) to telecommunications companies. Oscar Fernández, up to now director of Tecnomen Latin America, will head Tecnotree¿s operations throughout the region.
