Entel and Bitel hit the mobile market

The Chilean and Vietnamese had presented their brands and attacked Movistar and Claro with cheap plans. The possible elimination of permanence clauses will strengthen competition.

While the former Nextel and the operator of Viettel are offering mobile telephony in the country, last week both decided to go to the playing field with aggressive offers that forced subsidiaries of América Móvil and Telefónica to improve proposals.
