VTR, first MVNO to lauch 4G in Chile

The company, which has its own network but works on Movistar's became the country's fourth operator to offer LTE- it is also given by Claro, Movistar and Entel-. "Since today it will be available for new subscribers and automatically for their existing postpaid customers that have a voice plan subscription or an account controlled without need to change their plans or pay more," the company said in a statement issued on Friday. Subscribers must have a compatible phone and will not have to change the chip or run proceedings.
