At the second meeting of the Autoridad Federal de Servicios de Comunicación Audiovisual, Aftic (Federal Authority of Audiovisual Communication Services), it was confirmed that the Fondo Fiduciario del Servicio Universal (Universal Service Fund) will be managed by Nación Fideicomisos, and different procedures such as changing the objectives of Telecom to provide audiovisual communication services, 80 penalties to communication companies and granting of ICT single licenseswere approved, among others.
