Qbocel modernizes its systems to achieve personalized offers

The MVNO created a year ago for the niche of teachers has started replacing its platform to control billing and operations of its members. With the new additions, the company expects to reach 300,000 subscribers by year-end.

After a year of operation, Qbocel, Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) of the teachers' union and teachers of Mexico, will migrate its technology platform to Israeli origin FTS, maintaing the trade agreement with Telefónica 's network. Guillermo Hita, COO of Qbocel, told Convergencialatina that the new implementation will allow greater flexibility in operations, prepaid and postpaid personalized offers, improved billing and quickly launch products.
