Montevideo Director of Smart City announced that by the end of 2016 the transport system will be 100% in the cloud and offer an App for citizen control designed with real-time information. As part of the 6th Green Standards Week organized by ITU, the official of the capital quartermaster also anticipated that the center will be automated and intelligent waste improvements will be incorporated into the collection system.
