President Mauricio Macri continues to govern the ICT sector through decrees. A year after the Decree on Necessity and Urgency 267/15 that swept away with the two laws governing the sector, the Minister of Communications, Oscar Aguad, and Enacom head, Miguel de Godoy, presented the new A decree that aims to balance asymmetries in the market and even correct or address issues that DNU 267 itself could not resolve. The axis tends to clear asymmetries and, as far as possible, harmonize and respond to the claims of the great players of the sector. Regarding the version released exclusively by Convergencialatina last Friday, the decree has some variations: Macri himself signed the final version at 9:15 pm on the last day of the year with the latest corrections.
