Unknowns about price regulation and user benefits

ENACOM resolutions 1466 and 1467, of late 2020, leave open questions about whether or not there is a real benefit for users. Convergencia inquiries to operators of different sizes and services reveal little interest in the PBU on the part of customers.

Since the publication of DNU 690 until its regulation - through ENACOM resolutions 1466 and 1467 at the end of 2020 - a lot has been written from the perspective of companies, but little from the shoes of the user of ICT services (demand), to understand how the behaviors might be.
