Millicom buys the remaining 20% of Tigo

Millicom International Cellular declared that on Wednesday it closed the purchase of 20% of Telecomunicaciones Digitales S.A., better known as Cable Onda or Tigo Panama. Last year the company had acquired 80% of the shares for US$ 1.460 billion, so today it completes the deal, although the amount for this last 20% has not been disclosed.
