Until November 26, the Plan Nacional de Desarrollo de las Telecomunicaciones (PNDT) (National Telecommunications Development Plan) 2022-2027 is open to public consultation. According to the Minister of Science, Innovation, Technology and Telecommunications (Micitt), Carlos Enrique Alvarado Briceño, this method will allow a more equitable, fair and solidary plan for telecommunications.
