The turnaround activated by Grupo Werthein in Vrio for Latin America, after taking possession of the company at the end of 2021, has as its axis the creation of alliances to expand its distribution channels and content production. Vrio's roadmap does not include becoming an infrastructure company, but rather maintaining its entertainment core, although with greater production of its own content.
