Three entities from the telecommunications sector, namely Asociación Neo, Telcomp, and Abrintel, have requested that the regulator completely reject the spectrum sharing agreement between Winity and Telefónica. The agreement involves the use of the 700 MHz band owned by Winity in 1,120 cities across the country. In return, Telefónica/Vivo would allow Winity to use its infrastructure along roads and locations necessary for Winity to fulfill its obligations stemming from the spectrum auction through which it acquired this spectrum.
