A few hours after the definition of the board of directors, on Monday morning, August 28, Resolutions 1285/2023 and 1289/2023 were published this Tuesday in the Official Gazette. Through Resolution 1285/2023, the General and Particular Terms and Conditions for the Award of Frequency Bands Destined for the Provision of the Reliable and Intelligent Telecommunications Service (STeFI, for its Spanish acronym) were approved; the call for competition and the setting of a cap of 200 MHz per licensee.
