Progress towards a decentralized digital identity

After the experience of centralized apps, such as Mi Argentina, new initiatives towards decentralized models emerge. In the public sector, the City Government stands out, with its Quark ID Wallet. In the private sector, MIAid is committed to secure, private and simple identity management.

Identity can be conceived in different ways, but in bureaucratic terms it has to do with credentials that each person accumulates over time. In the digital world, anyone must create multiple IDs to interact with public sector organizations or use multiple applications that do not interoperate with each other.
