Looking ahead to WRC-27, the temperature of the debate over the identification of spectrum for MSS, on which the future of Direct-to-device depends, is on the rise.

Having already elapsed 16 of the 26 days the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-23) taking place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates will last, as in previous conferences, disagreements are the majority while agreements are counted with the fingers of one hand.
