Enacom repealed all resolutions related to tariff tables

The Resolution 13/2024 repealed 19 previous resolutions related to tariff schedules that emerged during the period of validity of DNU 690. At the Regional Telecommunications Meeting (EncRegTel), Alejandro Pereyra, Deputy Administrator of Enacom, highlighted three milestones of the new management: the authorization of satellite operators, the repeal of DNU 690 and the reduction of the workforce.

On the inaugural day of the Regional Telecommunications Meeting (EncRegTel), Alejandro Pereyra, Deputy Administrator of Enacom, stated that the repeal of the 19 resolutions related to tariff structures is a result of repealing Decree 690/2020. The new regulation was published in the Official Gazette of Argentina this Thursday.
