Three-reseller tournament energizes B2B market for LEO satellite technology

Telefónica Global Solutions, Sencinet and Telespazio resell the Starlink service. Customers choose them because they receive technical support and commercial options that they wouldn't get by contracting directly with the satellite operator. The resellers target the corporate market and ISPs, who can, in turn, offer it to end consumers.

Telefónica Global Solutions, Sencinet and Telespazio are the three authorized resellers of Starlink aiming to divide the B2B LEO satellite broadband market in Argentina. Sencinet announced this at NPlay Cono Sur 2024, held in March, and then began operations in May; Telespazio launched the service at the beginning of July; and Telefónica introduced the "Movistar Link" brand in June (which will eventually include services from other operators, such as Eutelsat OneWeb, for example).
