Arcotel must define what to do with Claro and Movistar concessions

Negotiations for the renewal of licenses and the use of spectrum have concluded, and although they are at an advanced stage, there are still some details to be resolved.

On Wednesday, October 2, the last deadline set by the Telecommunications Regulation and Control Agency (Arcotel) expired to close the negotiations it is conducting with Conecel (Claro) and Otecel (Movistar) to renew the enabling titles for providing advanced mobile services (SMA).
