It also raises concerns about a dominant position in the corporate and wholesale markets. Telecom has 15 days to respond.

The Secretariat of Industry and Commerce (SIyC) issued an Objection Report following the opinion of the National Commission for the Defense of Competition (CNDC). The document identified risks associated with the transaction due to its potential effects on competition in various telecommunications markets.
