On July 7, the one-year extension granted for the intervention process of Argentina’s National Communications Agency (Enacom) came to an end, marking the beginning of a new phase that will last until January 4, 2026, as stipulated by Decree 448/2025. After a first half of 2024 with a trio of intervenors, the agency has since operated under the sole leadership of Juan Martín Ozores, with an internal structure undergoing transformation—and reduction—although this reorganization has yet to be officially formalized via the Official Gazette.
