With support from the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies (Mitic) and Starlink, the Paraguayan Telecommunications Company (Copaco) has begun deploying satellite Internet as part of a policy aimed at providing connectivity to 500 educational institutions in digitally isolated areas during the first stage.
