2026 brings major regulatory challenges for Anatel

2025 was a strong year for Brazilian telecommunications, but a number of issues still need to be addressed this year in order to consolidate the gains achieved.

2025 was a very strong year for Brazil’s telecommunications sector, and for some players it was exceptional. Solid revenue growth among operators, steady progress in the rollout of key networks, and positive results across most balance sheets led many industry participants to describe the year as a clear success.
