A Resolution by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of that country gave China Mobile the green light to begin construction of “Section S1” of the now project, on the same day that Chile’s Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications annulled the decree with which it had approved the cable’s installation two days earlier.
