The Supervisory Agency for Private Investment in Telecommunications (Organismo Supervisor de Inversión Privada en Telecomunicaciones, Osiptel) launched a public consultation process on the modification of complementary regulations applicable to the network facilities of rural mobile infrastructure operators (operadores de infraestructura móvil rural, OIMR), with the aim of identifying potential areas for improvement in those rules.
