The Telecommunications and Transport Regulation and Oversight Authority (Autoridad de Regulación y Fiscalización de Telecomunicaciones y Transportes, ATT) and the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina y el Caribe, CAF) held a strategic meeting to advance the modernization of the National Radio Spectrum Management and Monitoring System, a key tool for strengthening the administration and oversight of this resource in the country.
