The Board of Directors of the National Telecommunications Agency (Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, Anatel) approved the modification of the indirect ownership structure of TIM Brasil, after accepting the acquisition of 100% of Telecom Italia by the Italian state-owned postal services company Poste Italiane.
