A few months before Brazil’s next presidential election, in which two opposing models will compete, represented mainly by current President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and former president’s son Flávio Bolsonaro, GSMA released studies that clearly show the impact of mobile telephony on citizens’ living standards and on reducing poverty levels in the country’s most vulnerable areas.
