President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva announced in Macaíba, Rio Grande do Norte, a new phase in Brazil’s artificial intelligence infrastructure, with investments in supercomputing, the creation of the Brazilian Cloud, the development of chips based on open architecture and the implementation of a structure focused on algorithmic transparency.
