At Summit País Digital, Undersecretary Romina Garrido outlined the National Digital Plan’s guidelines for the first time. The plan was well received by the industry and includes regulatory changes as well as amendments to the General Telecommunications Law, which Subtel expects to submit to Congress in March 2027.
