Congressman Juscelino Filho, author of Bill 3220/2019, known as the Pole Law, in Brazil’s Chamber of Deputies, has submitted a substitute text proposing a new maximum price for pole-sharing agreements entered into, extended or renewed after the law is approved. It also proposes a lower maximum price for rural areas.
