The 34th Meeting of Permanent Consultative Committee II (PCC.II) - Radiocommunications of the Inter-American Telecommunications Commission (Citel) will take place from August 12 to 16. So far, as confirmed to Convergencialatina Oscar León, Executive Secretary of the agency, there are 35 preliminary proposals from the Americas for the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-19), to be held between October and November in Egypt. In eight of them there is already a final agreement and the proposals were submitted to the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).
