Secom starts campaign to receive complaints from users in different locations

The Secretariat of Communications will install mobile tables so that the Comisión Nacional de Comunicaciones, CNC (Telecom regulator) hears complaints from fixed and mobile services users. The campaign began last weekend at Mercedes, where secretariat staff was handing over materials on government plans on telecommunications and the new Regulation of Quality of Service."

We want to reposition SECOM and CNC  in society as bodies to solve problems and increase Contact with people," said to Convergencialatina Norberto Berner, Secretary of Communications.

5G contracts progress as ICE raises additional concerns

The Comptroller’s Office has given the green light to the contracts signed by the six operators (two national and four regional) to begin the deployment of 5G. The state-owned ICE plans to take legal action if Sutel does not approve its agreement with Racsa to provide fifth-generation mobile phone service.
