Personal defends itself against possible sanctions for launching 4G without authorization

Entitled "They want to punish Personal for being first", the operator published a declaration in several media chains in the country defending itself against the impending sanction that the National Telecommunications Commission (Conatel, for its Spanish acronym) could implement once administrative proceedings culminate.

The company says its LTE network is "number one in national coverage, with a presence in more than 40 cities," and that its services "were publicly harassed by the president of Conatel, Teresita Palacios, and unjustly summoned for introducing 4G technology allegedly without authorization. " It also adds that the regulator attempts to "punish innovation implemented by Personal."
