In the Cybercrime panel, Pedro Janices, Secretary of the Foundation Capa 8 and Eduardo Acosta of the Interpol Crime Office, assured that there is no smooth-flowing relationship between the ISPs and the State offices that investigate cybercrimes to provide accurate information. They also demanded action protocols.
