E-commerce sales to reach US$ 7 billion this year

Within the framework of the IV version of the ECommerce Innovation Summit, the Santiago Chamber of Commerce explained that sales through the online channel reached US$ 4.5 billion in September. In the third quarter it grew 32%, although the rate of expansion fell, since in the previous periods it had been growing by 40%. The CCS noted that trade has been adapting to this trend while in 2016 there were 4,961 companies with online sales services, and now the figure reaches 9,236.
