IFT analyzes regulations that protect user when MVNO stops providing service

The Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) launched a public consultation for a draft that aims to protect the consumer when a virtual mobile operator (OMV) ends the provision of services.

The IFT's proposal is that the user maintains its line in the operation of the wholesaler that provides the physical network until another operator takes the case.
